Our Service

Water Supply & Hot Water

  • Water comes directly from the nearby lake, safe for cooking, bathing, and cleaning.

  • Drinking water is available through an Aqua Guard, or guests may bring bottled water. The caretaker can provide drinking water on request (at cost).

  • Hot water is supplied via a geyser connected to electricity, replacing the solar heater, to ensure a consistent supply at all times.

Commuting & Transport

  • Private vehicle parking is available within the resort.

  • Auto rickshaws can be hired from Modka Aghar auto stand (200m away) or booked by phone.

  • Bus rides to Guhagar, Chiplun Station, and nearby towns are accessible from the same stand.

Housekeeping & Cleanliness

  • The caretaker cleans vessels and the kitchen twice daily.

  • Common areas are cleaned once a day.

  • Room cleaning is available on request to respect guest privacy.

  • Bed linen is changed for every new guest; towels are replaced daily. Need fresh linen anytime? Just ask the caretaker.

Electricity & Power

  • The resort enjoys a continuous power supply.

  • An inverter supports a few lights and fans during power outages.

  • Appliances like AC, fridge, and heaters will not work on inverter mode.

Meals Made Easy

  • Groceries and caretaker service charges are handled directly with the caretaker.

  • Planning ahead ensures that everything is ready on time, allowing you to enjoy a stress-free and personalized dining experience.

  • From breakfast to dinner, you have the freedom to eat what you want, when you want.
